Treats & Wishes
FAN very much believes that keeping moral high through treatment can make a big difference to the long term outcomes. If however the outcome isn't good, having as many precious memories of smiles and good times as possible is priceless.
Our FANclub, FANmail and Little Wishes is a good start, and you can open an account to fundraise for a specific treat with us, but there are also a multitude of organisations that can provide your family with anything from an annual treat to a one of trip of a lifetime!
Here are some links and words from our families.

Chelsea's Angels is run by the family of one of our Memorial children, Chelsea Knighton. Chelsea sadly lost her battle to Neuroblastoma in August 2009. Chelsea's Angels provide children with treats up to the value of £250.

The Thomas Ball Children's Cancer Fund was founded by Thomas himself at the tender age of nine years. Thomas sadly lost his battle with Neuroblastoma in 2003, and now his family continue to provide families with free use of TBCCF's Holiday homes in Hampshire and run a group trip to Euro Disney once a year.

Starlight are a fantastic charity that can grant special wishes and provide you with special days out. Once a year in August, FAN teams up with Starlight to provide a high octane experience for our families in Hampshire where you can fly planes, helicopters and ride in fast cars, motorbikes and even hover crafts!

Postpals is one of FAN's favourite charities. You create a profile for your child (and siblings) on their website and members of the public send letters and small gifts through the post. Its simple and very effective. Highly recommended by us.
Kids Integrated Cancer Treatment

Run by the family of Bobby Wright, Neuroblastoma survivor. KICT can help with advice on Organic diets, advice and provision of supplements, loan of supportive equipment such as a light box and sauna, and much more. Their knowledge is second to none and they are a source of information to FAN. We recommend a consultation with KICT as early in treatment as possible
